| 2 | Normal – no fault CONFIRMED |
| 3 | Safety edge touched (footrest or carriage) CONFIRMED |
| 4 | Power key out or on/off switch off CONFIRMED |
| 5 | Seat sensor not sensing a user, or downside arm not down CONFIRMED |
| 6 | Seatbelt interlock (if fitted) not fastened CONFIRMED |
| 7 | Seat not in travel position CONFIRMED |
| 9 or F | Engineer needed CONFIRMED |
