Terms of use

  1. What ScootScan is. A free, independent reference for mobility scooter, powerchair and stairlift fault codes, serial codes and parts, summarised from public manuals and supplier listings. It isn't an official manufacturer or dealer app.
  2. For trained technicians – verify before repair. Information may be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Always check the product's own manual and the manufacturer's documentation, and follow their safety instructions. You use ScootScan at your own risk.
  3. Independence and trademarks. ScootScan is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any manufacturer, dealer or supplier. It is meant for trained technicians: always verify against the manufacturer's own documentation before any repair. Product names, model names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
  4. Links and affiliates. Some links may be affiliate links; we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Prices and stock come from the supplier and can change.
  5. No accounts yet. Sign-in isn't available. These terms will be updated before accounts launch.
  6. Changes. We'll update these terms and show the date below.
