| 1 | Charger connected | Disconnect the charger from the scooter. |
| 2 | Battery power too low | Charge the battery for 6-8 hours. |
| 4 | Motor wiring fault | Contact CareCo. |
| 5 | Freewheel mode / brake fault | Switch OFF (remove key where fitted). Put the scooter in DRIVE mode. Switch ON. If it persists: Contact CareCo. |
| 6 | Throttle obstructed / throttle or speed-pot fault | Switch OFF. Release the throttle lever / clear the obstruction. Switch ON. If it persists: Contact CareCo. |
| 7 | Throttle obstructed / throttle or speed-pot fault | Switch OFF. Release the throttle lever / clear the obstruction. Switch ON. If it persists: Contact CareCo. |
