| 1 | Throttle obstructed / throttle or speed-pot fault | Switch OFF. Release the throttle lever / clear the obstruction. Switch ON. If it persists: Contact CareCo. |
| 2 | Freewheel / brake fault | Switch OFF. Put the scooter in DRIVE mode. Switch ON. If it persists: Contact CareCo. |
| 3 | Motor fault | Contact CareCo. |
| 4 | Stalled / overload | Switch OFF. Wait 10 minutes. Switch ON. |
| 5 | Motor fault | Contact CareCo. |
| 6 | Motor overheated | Switch OFF. Wait 10 minutes. Switch ON. |
| 7 | Motor fault | Contact CareCo. |
| 8 | Battery voltage low | Charge the batteries for 6-8 hours. |
| 9 | Stalled / overload | Switch OFF. Wait 10 minutes. Switch ON. |
