| 2+1 | Joystick to controller connection fault | Check for loose connections between the joystick and controller and secure if required. Contact CareCo if the fault persists. |
| 2+2 | RHS motor fault | Contact CareCo. |
| 2+3 | RHS brake fault | Switch OFF. Place the RHS brake in DRIVE mode. Switch ON. Contact CareCo if the fault persists. |
| 2+4 | LHS motor fault | Contact CareCo. |
| 2+5 | LHS brake fault | Switch OFF. Place the LHS brake in DRIVE mode. Switch ON. Contact CareCo if the fault persists. |
| 2+6 | Controller / motor overload | Switch OFF. Wait 60 seconds. Switch ON. |
| 2+7 | Joystick fault | Switch OFF. Return the joystick to the centre position. Switch ON. (Metis manual also lists: remove the charger from the charging port.) Contact CareCo if the fault persists. |

| 2+9 | Battery voltage too low | Charge the battery for 6-8 hours. Contact CareCo if the fault persists. |
