| 1 | Joystick fault | Switch OFF. Disconnect, then reconnect the joystick power cable. Switch ON. If it persists: Contact CareCo. |
| 2 | Power / configuration error | Charge the powerchair for 6-8 hours. If it persists: Contact CareCo. |
| 3 | LHS motor fault | Contact CareCo. |
| 4 | RHS motor fault | Contact CareCo. |
| 5 | LHS brake freewheel / fault | Switch OFF. Push the LHS brake lever downwards to engage DRIVE mode. Switch ON. If it persists: Contact CareCo. |
| 6 | RHS brake freewheel / fault | Switch OFF. Push the RHS brake lever downwards to engage DRIVE mode. Switch ON. If it persists: Contact CareCo. |
