| Off Charge | Not charging | Park on charge point |
| End Stop | At end of rail | Nothing to do |
| Safety Edge | Edge touched | Drive away, clear it |
| Lost Position | Position lost | Drive to the bottom to reset; engineer |
| Thermal Cut Out | Motor too hot | Let it cool |
| Call Conflict | Two controls pressed | Release one |
| Release Joystick | Control held at switch-on | Let go and retry |
