|---|---|---|
| 1 LED | Low battery / battery connection | Check the battery connections. If they are good, charge the batteries |
| 2 LEDs | Left motor connection | Check the connections between the left motor and the power module |
| 3 LEDs | Left motor short to battery | Check the left motor wiring; contact the service agent |
| 4 LEDs | Right motor connection | Check the connections between the right motor and the power module |
| 5 LEDs | Right motor short to battery | Check the right motor wiring; contact the service agent |
| 6 LEDs | Drive inhibited (external signal) | Unplug the charger; return the seat to the drive position; cycle the power |
| 7 LEDs | Joystick fault | Centre the joystick, switch off and on again without touching it |
| 8 LEDs | Possible control system fault | Make sure all connections are secure (joystick, power module, bus cables); cycle the power |
| 9 LEDs | Parking brake fault | Check the parking brake and motor connections; check the freewheel levers are in drive |
| 10 LEDs | Excessive battery voltage | Check the battery connections |
| 7 LEDs + speed LEDs | Communication fault | Check the bus cable and plugs between joystick and power module; cycle the power |
| Actuator LED flashes | Actuator trip | Check the actuator wiring and plugs; drive may still work |
| Speed LEDs 2 and 4 flash | Reboot required | Switch the chair off and on again |
| Speed indicator ripples outwards | Reconfiguring | Wait for it to finish, then switch off and on |
