| 2 flashes | Network / configuration fault | Check all cables, recharge the batteries, check the charger |
| 3 flashes | Motor 1 fault | Check the motor plug and wiring |
| 4 flashes | Motor 2 fault | Check the motor plug and wiring |
| 5 flashes | Left brake fault | Put the freewheel lever in drive; check the brake plug |
| 6 flashes | Right brake fault | Put the freewheel lever in drive; check the brake plug |
| 7 flashes | Module fault | Reverse away from any obstacle; switch off and on; contact the provider |
| All LEDs flash | Joystick not centred (drive out of neutral) | Release the joystick, switch off and on again |
