| 1 flash | Low battery | Charge batteries; check battery leads and connections |
| 2 flashes | Motor disconnected | Check motor connector/wiring; check freewheel lever |
| 3 flashes | Motor wiring trip | Check motor wiring for shorts; Dealer test |
| 4 flashes | Freewheel switch trip (current list). Older Drive sheets: not used | Put freewheel lever back to drive; cycle key |
| 5 flashes | Not used | — |
| 6 flashes | Inhibit 2 active – charger connected or seat not in drive position | Unplug charger; check seat position and inhibit wiring |
| 7 flashes | Throttle trip | Release throttle, cycle key; check wig-wag pot and wiring; recalibrate |
| 8 flashes | Possible control system trip | Check all connections; cycle key; replace controller if persistent |
| 9 flashes | Solenoid (park) brake trip | Check brake connector and coil; check freewheel |
| 10 flashes | High battery voltage | Check battery connections; cycle key |
| Slow single blink (every 2.5s) | Sleep mode (not a fault) | Cycle key to wake |
